General information only

Everything on this Site is provided for general information and educational purposes. It does not create a professional relationship of any kind, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your specific circumstances.

Unit conversion accuracy

Conversion factors follow standard international definitions — for example, 1 inch is exactly 25.4 millimetres and 1 mile is exactly 1.609344 kilometres. Results are displayed to a fixed number of significant digits, so they are rounded for readability. Rounding is negligible for everyday use but should be checked whenever a project demands a specific tolerance.

Currency rates

The currency converter uses free daily reference rates from a public exchange-rate API. Rates are indicative mid-market values, refreshed periodically and cached briefly in your browser. They are not transactional rates. Banks, cards, brokers and money-transfer services apply their own spreads and fees, so the amount you actually receive or pay will differ. Do not use these figures for trading, accounting entries or contractual pricing.

Health, fitness and nutrition

The BMI, ideal-weight and calorie calculators apply widely used population-level formulas. They are screening and estimation tools only. They cannot account for muscle mass, body composition, age, medical conditions, medication, pregnancy or individual energy needs, and BMI in particular has known limitations for athletes and for different ethnic groups. Nothing here is medical advice. Speak to a doctor or registered dietitian before acting on any result.

Financial and loan calculations

Loan, payment, interest and finance calculators produce mathematical estimates from the figures you enter. They do not include arrangement fees, insurance, early-repayment charges, tax treatment or changes in interest rates unless you enter them yourself. Results are illustrative only and are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Confirm the real numbers with your lender or a qualified adviser before making a decision.

Education and grading

GPA and CGPA results depend entirely on the scales and credit weights you enter, which vary between institutions and countries. Always check your own school’s or university’s official conversion rules, which override any generic calculation.

Networking and technical tools

The subnet calculator follows standard IPv4 subnetting arithmetic. Always verify addressing plans independently before configuring production infrastructure, where a mistake can cause outages or security exposure.

Availability and accuracy of content

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted or up to date. If you spot a mistake, please tell us — reports are genuinely welcome and help everyone.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss or damage arising from reliance on any result, figure or statement on this Site. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for the full picture.
